What's Included

Our standard T-shirt quilt price includes:

• T-shirt blocks

• 2½" sashing between blocks

• Solid cotton backing

• Batting

• Binding

• Basic meander quilting

A minimum of 9 shirt blocks is required for a T-shirt quilt.

Approximate Quilt Sizes

Finished quilt sizes depend on the number of shirt blocks and the size and placement of the designs on your shirts.

10–15 blocks 45” X 60 “

16–19 blocks 60” X 60”

20–24 blocks 75” X 60”

25–29 blocks 90” X 75”

Please note: All finished sizes are approximate. The final dimensions may vary depending on the shirts and designs used in your quilt.

Our standard blocks accommodate designs approximately 12" × 12". If a design on the front or back of a shirt is larger, we may need to adjust the block size and overall quilt dimensions. We will discuss significant adjustments with you before proceeding.

Pricing

T-Shirt Quilt Blocks — $25 per block

Your estimated base price can be calculated by multiplying the number of blocks by $25.

For example:

• 9 blocks — $225

• 12 blocks — $300

• 16 blocks — $400

• 20 blocks — $500

• 25 blocks — $625

• 30 blocks — $750

• 35 blocks — $875

Additional options, special handling, or upgraded materials are priced separately.

Additional Options

Fabric Upgrades

Your standard quilt includes solid cotton fabric for the backing and applicable coordinating fabric.

Prints, specialty fabrics, or other upgraded fabric choices are available for an additional charge. Pricing will depend on the fabric selected.

3" Outside Border

Add a 3-inch outside border to give your quilt a more finished look and increase the overall quilt size by approximately 6 inches in each direction.

• Quilts with up to 20 shirt blocks — $25 per block.

• Quilts with 21 or more shirt blocks — $40 per block.

Quilting

Basic meander quilting is included in the standard price.

Higher-density, specialty, or custom quilting may also be available for an additional charge. Please ask about options and pricing during your consultation.

Before You Bring Your Shirts

Please:

• Wash all shirts before submitting them.

• Bring or send whole shirts—do not cut them.

• Let us know which shirt designs are most important to you.

• Tell us if you want designs from both the front and back of a shirt included.

• Tell us if you would like unused portions of your shirts to be returned.

Older, fragile, stretchy, embellished, or damaged shirts may require special preparation. If additional work is necessary, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required when your shirts are received and your project is accepted.

The remaining balance is due when your quilt is completed and before pickup, delivery, or shipping.

Once your shirts have been cut and construction has begun, the project is non-cancelable and non-refundable, except as otherwise required by law.
